Bolivian President Evo Morales said he signed decrees to nationalize two energy companies and the Andean country's main telecommunications company, according to Bloomberg and other news sources.

The decrees specify that state-run energy company YPF Bolivianos will take majority stakes in BP-controlled Empresa Petrolera Chaco SA and Transredes SA, which is owned by Ashmore Energy International Ltd.
